It’s fast and its free to register! Step 1 – User Details Please note that these user details are for Teacher Talent Pool administration only and will not be displayed in the public area of the system. Title: Please enter your title. First name: Please enter your first name. Last name: Please enter your last name. Job title: Please enter your Job title. Phone Number: Please enter your contact number. Username: Create a username for yourself that you will remember. This username is to enable you to logon to the system and will not be displayed in the public area of the system – other users will not see your username. E-mail: Please enter your email address here. Please make sure that the email address you supply is confidential to you and will be accessed by you on a regular basis as this is how we will contact you with regards to notifications and applications etc. Confirm e-mail: Please re-enter your email address. Password: Please create a password that you will remember. It must be 8-20 characters long and must contain at least 1 letter and 1 number. Confirm Password: Please re-enter your password. How did you hear about us?: Please choose from the drop down menu and let us know how you heard about us. I accept and agree to the terms and conditions: Please click in the box to enter a tick to accept the terms and conditions. To read the terms and conditions, click on the blue link. That’s it for step 1! Click to continue to Step 2 to enter your school details.
MANAGE SCHOOL DETAILS Name: Please enter your School’s name in full. DCFS number: Please enter your DCFS number. Phone number: Please enter your phone number. Address Line 1, 2 and 3: Please enter your school’s address. City: Please choose the city from the drop down menu. County: Again, please choose from the drop down menu. Postcode: Please enter the postcode of your school. Country: Please choose from the drop down menu. Click finish to complete your registration. Notice the prompt at the top of the page congratulating you on successfully creating a new account.
MANAGE SCHOOL PROFILE Description: This is where you sell your school! This information will be viewed by users of the site. You can talk about achievements, specialisms, awards, values, anything you feel promotes your school to potential candidates. Why would I like to work for this school? Keep this in mind when creating your free test description. Important Note This description appears on the site and as such will be in the public domain. DO NOT include web links or telephone numbers or personal details as this could be used by third parties for canvassing purposes. Specialism: Use the drop down menu to select the specialism of your school (if any). Logo: This is where you upload a copy of your school logo. To upload, you must make sure that firstly your school logo is on your computer or on a disk / drive in your computer. Once it is, click ‘browse’. Locate your logo on your computer / drives / disks etc and click on it to highlight it. Then click the ‘open’ button. You will now see the name of the file in the logo section. This will add a copy of your logo to our system upon completing your school profile. Image: This is where you upload an image of your school – for example a photo of the school or of a specialist classroom – something you want to share with prospective employees! To upload, you must make sure that firstly your image is on your computer or on a disk / drive in your computer. Once it is, click ‘browse’. Locate your image on your computer / drives / disks etc and click on it to highlight it. Then click the ‘open’ button. You will now see the name of the file in the image section. This will add a copy of your image to our system upon completing your school profile. Finish! Click finish to complete your school profile.
