Please read these instructions before you create your questionnaire
The questionnaire is designed to allow you to add a number of filter questions and multiple choice answers with scores and add them to your vacancy, to help you with your selection and recruitment process.
From 'my pool', open your vacancy and click on the ‘create questionnaire’ button at the top of the page.
You are then taken into the filter questionnaire for your vacancy.
The *Number field is used to record the question number, so for the first question, type 1 for question number 1.
The *Question field is used to type in your question. Remember that questions should not be open ended, they should require yes/no, or multiple choice answers which you will enter in the next step. Once completed, click the ‘add question’ button.
Your question then appears along with the fields to enter your answer and add a score to rate it.
Type in your answer, give it a score and click ‘add answer’.
Your answer then appears under the question, along with the score you have given it. You are also given the opportunity to enter more answers. Continue to add answers and scores as previously described.
Continue to add questions and answers with scores as described, until you are happy that questionnaire contains all the questions you wish to add.
You can, at any time during the process, save your progress by clicking the 'Save for later' button and you will be prompted that your questionnaire has been saved. You can then go back into your questionnaire at any time, by viewing your vacancy and clicking the 'edit questionnaire' button.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you wish to amend one of your questions, you will need to remove the question by clicking the 'remove' button and re-enter the question and answers again.
The ‘Save and Publish’ button that appears on the bottom of the page is for when you are happy with your questionnaire and want to publish it. Once you have published your questionnaire, you cannot go back to amend it so please only publish your questionnaire when you are entirely happy with it.
