To advise staff, managers and directors as requested about HR policies and procedures. To support the Association through periods of change and represent the HR department in working groups such as JCF, IIP, Job Evaluation and Competency Framework Implementation. To maintain accurate and sufficient personnel records ensuring that they are kept up to date and meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation. To ensure that pre-employment checks, offers and contracts of employment are processed effectively. To design and deliver in house courses, source external training providers and deliver an effective induction process for new members of staff. To evaluate and analyse training to ensure that it fulfils training needs in-line with the Business Plan. |
