I am a dedicated and enthusiastic NQT who is committed to exciting and innovative learning. I have a wealth of experience within primary schools, working both on a voluntary basis, to run school programmes and aid class teachers in everyday tasks, and also in four school placements in which I was expected to plan, teach and assess for up to 80% of the time.
I have worked in both Key Stage 1 and 2 and I am also educated in the National Curriculum and associated frameworks. I am aware of the expectations for schools and pupils throughout the primary school age range and I am fully dedicated to delivering the appropriate aid to individual pupils taking into account that ‘Every Child Matters’. I have experience with SEN and EAL children, and I am familiar with developing and achieving individual education plan targets. I find working with children incredibly rewarding and wish to make a positive impact on children’s lives by aiding their development in every way possible. |
