City and Guilds key skills level 1 and 2 hairdressing NVQ Level 1 and 2 Hairdressing NVQ Customer services Fully Qualified Stylist Regis Hairstylists: 2001-2007 At Regis my duties involved working on the reception where I had to make bookings for appointments, as I worked on reception it also meant me meeting and greeting customers and making sure they were happy. My other jobs within Regis included ordering in stock, and putting on special promotions. I also did the banking and cashing up whilst at Regis. DY5/53 Degrees: 2007 -2009 At DY5/53 Degrees I worked as part of a team of bar staff, and also had the responsibilities of cashing up and looking after the clubs banking which means me ordering in stock which was needed. This job involved me working with members of the public which has helped me with customer service skills, and team building skills as I have worked with a team of bar staff. Twisted sports bar Merry Hill: 2009-present day My job involves Managing the bar on a daily basis; I also have the responsibility of handling the cash, banking and sorting the stock list, which means me ordering in stock needed. I also feel I have good customer service skills as I deal with any complaints, and have meeting with promoters and staff to organise events. |
